Mohamad brings over three decades of distinguished experience in the oil and gas industry, having joined PETRONAS in 1977. Throughout his extensive career, he has developed comprehensive expertise across drilling, engineering, production, and operations.

During his tenure at PETRONAS, Mohamad held critical responsibilities including the preparation, implementation, and oversight of essential documentation such as Procedures and Guidelines, work plan development, and the review and approval of Annual Work Program Budgets.

His leadership capabilities were further demonstrated when he served as PETRONAS' Owner Representative for the Greater Nile Petroleum Operating Company in Sudan (1997–2000), where he successfully oversaw an investment of approximately USD 1.0 billion. This major project — which included the construction of a 1500 km 28″ pipeline — was completed ahead of schedule, a testament to his exceptional project management skills.

Mohamad's final role at PETRONAS was Head of Production Operations E&P Business Services. Following his retirement, he transitioned to Bergesen Worldwide Offshore (BWO), a publicly listed company based in Oslo, Norway, where he served as Vice President of Business Development for South East Asia.

As mentor for Seaoffshore Capital, Mohamad provides invaluable strategic guidance and industry knowledge. Known for his straightforward, no-nonsense approach, he emphasizes the fundamental importance of sincerity in both business and life. Mohamad holds a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) degree from the University of Malaya.

Datuk Hafez, as he is known, co-founded Seaoffshore Capital in 2008. His initial involvement in the Oil & Gas industry was as Director with Azam Intelek, where he worked closely with end users in the Middle East and gained deep understanding of how business was executed in the region.

As the Founding Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Hafez oversaw the strategic development of the company by managing financial and commercial planning. In 2018, he took a break from the company and was elected as Member of Parliament for Sipitang, Sabah. He was subsequently appointed Deputy Minister of Finance, Malaysia in 2021.

His expertise in finance and governance enabled him to contribute to the formulation of national fiscal policies and economic recovery strategies. Datuk Hafez has been recognized with several honours in Sabah, including Justice of Peace and Commander of the Order of Kinabalu.

His forte is thinking outside the box, often bringing up ideas about potentials and possibilities for the future. His entrepreneurial spirit guides the company to seize new opportunities, and his goal-directed and results-oriented nature ensures the company is driven to achieve its objectives. He is focused on positioning Seaoffshore Capital as a much sought-after company in identified niche markets.

Datuk Hafez holds a Master's degree in Commerce from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, and a Master's in Business Administration from MARA University of Technology (UiTM).

Sunildeep Singh Dhaliwal holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honors from the University of Wales, Swansea, United Kingdom. As a co-founder of Seaoffshore Capital in 2008, he played a key role in launching the group's first company, Seaoffshore Energy, which saw the business of offshore support vessel services, which led to the company's rapid expansion.

The proceeds from this business were invested in offshore maintenance services, with the provision of Topside and Pipelines which resulted in further growth which then led to the purchase of controlling shareholding in Bursa Malaysia Main Board Listed Handal Energy Berhad. In 2023 Seaoffshore Capital capitalized on this investment selling its entire shareholding.

Sunil's expertise in corporate restructuring was evident during his tenure as Executive Director / COO of a government-linked company, Sabah Air, where he delivered a turnaround to sustainable positive returns within two years from being at the helm. Under Seaoffshore Capital's investment strategy, he was appointed Managing Director of Seaoffshore Capital, where he continues to drive innovation, strategic development, and operational excellence — solidifying the Group's reputation for reliability and growth.

Kannan Annamalai holds a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Regional Engineering College, Trichy (University of Madras), passed with Distinction, and an MSc in Advanced Chemical Engineering from UMIST, Manchester. He joined PETRONAS in 1982 and built a four-decade career spanning production operations, corporate planning and investment evaluation — including Senior Manager of Strategic Planning at PETRONAS Carigali, and Senior Manager of the E&P Investment Department of the Petroleum Management Unit, where he oversaw project evaluation across 28 production sharing contracts representing some RM14.2 billion in annual investment.

He retired from PETRONAS in 2016 as Chief Executive Officer of Kebabangan Petroleum Operating Company (KPOC) — the joint operating company formed by PETRONAS Carigali, ConocoPhillips and Shell — after 34 years of service. In 2017 he was appointed Vice President of Borneo Seaoffshore.

A highly esteemed figure in the national energy industry, Kannan continues to mentor the Group, drawing on strong internal and external networks to seek win-win solutions. His depth of industry experience, particularly in planning and negotiation, is invaluable to Seaoffshore. He is an ardent Manchester United fan and enjoys reading and travelling.

Tengku Munawir holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) degree from Wichita State University, Kansas, USA. With over two decades of experience spanning banking, security surveillance, and the oil & gas industry, he has held key roles in bank mergers, sales and marketing, and knowledge management projects for both government and corporate entities.

A co-founding director of Seaoffshore Capital since 2008, he previously served as Director of Operations at Borneo Seaoffshore Engineering, overseeing operational execution and stakeholder engagement. At Handal Energy Berhad, he held leadership roles including Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Executive Director from 2019 to 2024.

Currently, as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director of Corporate Resources, Tengku Munawir oversees Health, Safety and Environment functions, as well as Human Resources, Administration and Operations. His leadership ensures the seamless execution of contracts and corporate strategies across the Group.

Jonathan Yee I-Han is a strategic and results-driven leader with over two decades of experience across the tourism, manufacturing, agriculture and natural resource sectors. He pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operations Management from Liverpool John Moores University, UK, which propelled him into leadership roles in manufacturing.

At Mondi Packaging (UK) Ltd, he implemented World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards, optimizing processes, reducing waste and enhancing supply chain efficiency. Returning to Sabah in 2007, Jonathan founded Papar Layer Farm, transforming it into one of the state's top five egg producers. His entrepreneurial leadership and Sabahan community ties were instrumental in scaling the business and establishing it as a key player in Sabah's agricultural industry.

Jonathan continues to leverage his diverse experience and strategic acumen to enhance the group's offerings for its stakeholders. His leadership is defined by a commitment to sustainable development, operational excellence and community engagement — driving positive impact for business growth in the region.

Mazliza Mazlan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology & Management (Hons) from Open University Malaysia. She joined Seaoffshore Group in 2014 as an executive in the Group Tender, Proposals & Contracts division and has been instrumental in the administration of major contracts which have provided the company with consistent revenue growth through the last decade.

With a career spanning construction and oil & gas sectors since 2002, Mazliza brings a wealth of experience in finance, licensing and contract management. Her meticulous attention to detail and strategic approach have been key drivers of the Group's growth.

Winnifer Tan is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (2005) and holds a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Malaya (2002). She began her career as an auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2003 to 2005.

In 2006, she joined Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd, where she was rotated through the full financial cycle spanning project management, treasury and cash management, and consolidation and reporting.

She then spent 13 years as a Finance Manager with Leighton Offshore Sdn Bhd from 2009, involved in various marine construction projects across the Middle East, India and Singapore. Winnifer joined Seaoffshore in 2024 as Senior Manager, Finance, and has since been promoted to Vice President, Finance, where she leads the finance department.

Amitpal Singh Nanuah is a seasoned chemical engineer and project management professional with a diverse career spanning various industries. He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia.

He began his professional journey as a trainee at KLCC Petronas, gaining foundational experience in the oil and gas sector. He then worked as a quality engineer in a plastic injection moulding company, followed by a role as a chemical engineer in a palm oil refinery. These positions allowed him to develop a strong technical background in chemical processes and quality control.

Recognizing a gap in language education and backed by a Spanish conglomerate, Amitpal established the only Spanish Language Tuition Centre in Kuala Lumpur, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to cultural exchange. He further honed his analytical skills as a Senior Strategic Analyst for a stainless-steel mill in Johor.

In 2019, Amitpal joined Seaoffshore Engineering Sdn Bhd. Starting as a Project Engineer, he demonstrated exceptional project execution capabilities, leading to his promotion to Project Delivery Manager in 2024. In this role, he oversees project lifecycles, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery while managing risks, resources and stakeholder communication. Amit is an avid golfer who has won many golfing competitions.

Nelson Hii holds an MSc in Project Management from Curtin University, Sarawak Campus. With over a decade in oil & gas, engineering and construction, he has built expertise in strategic planning, commercial viability and operational efficiency — beginning at Petronas E&P Operations in maintenance and reliability, then expanding into project and turnaround management at Rahabco Engineering & Construction Sdn. Bhd.

His technical foundation covers static equipment integrity (pressure vessels, valves, lifting equipment, heat exchangers), maintenance planning (activity scheduling, resource estimation, 1+4Y budgeting via SAP CMMS) and end-to-end turnaround management — from scope development and resource levelling to execution monitoring and post-TA review via Primavera. His project execution experience spans the full lifecycle, from requirements gathering through delivery and closure.

As Vice President of Maintenance Planning Excellence at Seaoffshore, Nelson drives best-in-class maintenance planning practices to enhance asset reliability, availability and operational performance.

Aaron Joseph is a commercial, cost estimating and cost control professional with a Master of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, Malaysia, including an exchange programme at the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. He began his career in the construction industry, supporting the delivery of major Malaysian infrastructure projects including the DASH and SUKE elevated expressways, where he developed expertise in cost control, budgeting, procurement, contract administration and project reporting.

Transitioning into the oil and gas sector, Aaron joined Shell as a Cost & Risk Engineer, supporting large-scale energy transition projects including a Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) project and a Biofuels project in the Netherlands. His responsibilities encompassed cost control, quantitative and qualitative risk assessment and project controls for FEED and EPC phases.

Since joining Seaoffshore, Aaron has led commercial, cost estimating and cost control activities for gas turbine maintenance, overhaul and parts supply contracts supporting Petronas Carigali across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. In recognition of his contributions, he was promoted from Senior Executive, Commercial to Commercial Manager in August 2026, where he oversees the Commercial department in commercial proposal development, tender estimation, financial modelling, commercial negotiations, stakeholder engagement and project cost optimisation.
