Founded from a mission "to do things differently" from well established and proven cost cutting measures for depleting Oil & Gas Fields, where managing cost of production was vital. Seaoffshore embarked on a move that would see a change in Policy for Maintenance of Gas Turbines and Turbomachinery for the Malaysian Oil & Gas Industry as a whole.

By 2019, following a change in policy, Seaoffshore was appointed to a class of contractors that had previously been limited to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of gas turbines. This transformative shift enabled Seaoffshore to demonstrate its expertise, capabilities, and value to the industry.
Seaoffshore was awarded a contract for the provision of maintenance, overhauls and parts for Petronas Carigali's entire fleet of GE LM2500 Gas Turbines as an Independent Service Provider (ISP). Building on this, Petronas Carigali recommended the group for comprehensive maintenance, overhaul and parts supply across all brands.
